After spending 30 odd years in the Real Estate industry myself I can say that Nancy Sarley is one of the best if not the best agent I have ever met. In addition to her understanding of the nuances of the contract and negotiation techniques, she is also excellent at the physical and emotional demands of a real estate transaction in today's world. It's unusual to find someone who has the experience level along with the caring attitude as Nancy. She helped me through losing a buyer 44 days before settlement and another buyer who was almost in default. She is excellent in every way.
